Honestly I’m literally ripped to shreds by this entire book. Each episode twisted my insides with fear, disgust, and passion. Ripley crawled under my skin with every kill, with every slice of his knife, and with every scar on his body. He knows all too well about showing a weakness and he won’t make the same mistake ever again. Dylan’s desire for the broken killer is beyond her control. She is drawn to the pain that brings her safety, and the pleasure she can’t explain. She needs Ripley and he needs her, like a drug.
Ripley and Dylan soon discover that their search to destroy the evil responsible for their nightmare world may be on a collision course with death. As their worlds merge Dylan proves that sex is power and its up to her to use it. Ripley must find a way to keep Dylan safe while suffering at the hands of his maker.
