My Review:

The Elkridge Series starts with this heroic story of amazingly brave characters, Mara and Joey. Ten years have pasted and Joey returns to attend his brother's funeral. Mara has overcome obstacles that most never face, she was only survivor of a car accident and now is blind. When Mara and Joey reconnect it is clear that Mara can see exactly what Joey needs to heal from the loss of his brother, Sam. The two begin spending time together and quite by accident encounter that they are involved in the same mess when it comes to finding out who is behind the secrets in the town of Elkridge.
While I gave this 3 stars, I wanted more.

This is the kind of story that makes you swoon and cheer from your cozy seat!
Jade wants Archer to at least say something to let her know that he is interested, but every week he saunters in, grabs his groceries, smiles wickedly, and says goodbye. How should she react? He's everything she wants, needs, and desires, but he's such a mystery.
Archer can't stop thinking about the young blonde clerk at the Natural Foods market with the bouncing ponytail, hazel eyes and cookie smell. She hits all his buttons and then some. Archer needs to finalize this ex-wife situation and fast. When Jade enters his office for legal advice the all consuming emotions take a toll on both of them until an unplanned event puts a halt to both of their plans.

Imperfect Hearts is what makes this series so addictive. The characters are rich, interesting, and full of all the qualities you want in a story. Someone Like You continues with Dorian and Jake, who have both experienced such heart breaking loss that it appears neither will recover well enough to move forward to find happiness.
Dorian has the love of her son, Daniel. She puts him first and doesn't carve out time to feel for herself.
Jake is a one and done kind of alpha doctor who puts his friendship with Dorian (and Daniel) first, above his desire for more. When they both find themselves in the "perfect storm" will they bend the invisible rules and become more than best friends?
I loved the quiet strength of Dorian as she fought through her fears to actually want more for her life. Jake is there. He's always been there and he loves unconditionally. Jake may just be her perfect man...

I love Rachel De Lune's writing!
It like you are right there in the story, building relationships with the characters, feeling their emotions, and experiencing all that deliciousness right along with them. More is just that, so much More!!
Isabel finally admits she is drawn the life of submission and wants desperately to try it. But what does she do if her husband isn't open to it? Does she seek it on another level from another man she trusts or ignore her deepest desires and compromise her happiness?
