I received this third book in the Lotus House Series from
the spectacular, Audrey Carlan for an honest review.
The Lotus House Series is one of my all-time favorites being
a yogi myself and appreciating the practice, dedication, and rejuvenation that
yoga provides for our entire being. Divine
Desire follows the lives of two artists, Mila, an aspiring painter, and
Atlas, a singer/songwriter, who are also yoga instructors at the Lotus
House. The two have a spicy
relationship filled with colorful banter, red-hot passion, and deep emotions
that squeeze your heart like a vice.
Audrey Carlan’s writing is riveting as she creates
characters that you want to meet, hang out with, and add to your friend
circle. I desperately wanted to
join Atlas’ yoga class or sit for a portrait with Mila. I was sucked into the
Lotus House world yet again. Mila
and Atlas’ story will continue to resonate with you long after the last word.
